Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays), unless otherwise noted. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time- delivery windows begin once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship via USPS and UPS throughout the contiguous United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. At this time, we offer standard shipping options only. Shipping speeds are determined by the carrier selected at checkout.

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly to get them out to you as soon as possible. Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been placed. If you need help, email us ASAP at hello@shophouseofme.com and we'll do our best.

Wrong Address? Act Fast.
Please contact us immediately at hello@shophouseofme.com if you entered the wrong shipping address. If your order has not yet been processed, we can update it. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes and are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

Missing Items
Some items may ship separately depending on availability. If anything is missing from your order, please email us and we'll make it right.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your order is handed off to USPS or UPS, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. However, we are in this together and will always do our best to help you locate your items!

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting your local carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.

While we investigate on our end, we highly recommend taking the following steps to track down your package:

  • Double-Check Your Surroundings: Look around your porch, side doors, and mailbox. Sometimes carriers hide packages to keep them safe from the weather or theft.
  • Ask Your Neighbors & Front Desk: Check with neighbors to see if it was delivered to the wrong house, or ask your apartment/office front desk if they are holding it for you.
  • Contact the Carrier Directly:
