Return Policy

We want you to love every piece you receive from House of Me. We know sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to help whenever we can.

Please review your order as soon as it arrives to ensure everything is correct and meets your expectations. If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@shophouseofme.com.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Store Credit

Eligible on non-final sale items when postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

Store credit will be issued via email to the address used at checkout. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order to ensure availability. You may return your original item (if eligible) for store credit in accordance with this policy.

Final Sale Items

All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

The following items are FINAL SALE:

  • Items discounted 20% or more
  • Sale items
  • Jewelry
  • Accessories
  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates
  • Hair accessories
  • Hats
  • Beauty products
  • Any marked final sale items

Any ineligible items returned will be sent back to you and may incur additional shipping costs.

Return Requirements

All items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Tags attached- If tags are removed the item is no longer eligible to be returned.
  • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or damage

Items that do not meet these requirements will be denied and returned at your expense.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend keeping your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost returns

Processing Time

Please allow 5–10 business days for returns to be processed once received.

You will receive an email once your return has been completed with your store credit.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy requirements
